Into the IST department, I work into the Digital Tribe, Experts squad as a technical project manager, I'm attending to the IST LVM Change Advisor Board (CAB) for all the technical changes.

I've participated to the construction of the Digital Agile Tribe (spotify model), IT expert role transverse to squads:

• Geo Expansion 🌎
  • Launch of Russian, Euroland, Korean, Mexico, APAC websites.
• LV.com ⏩
  • Revamping of the front to prepare the introduction of new bricks into the LVM infrastructure: NodeJS application with SPA and SRR modes, API oriented development.
  • Aim to transform the monolith ATG to a micro-services oriented ecommerce project.
  • Integration of SalesForce regarding customer account sections

Management of Akamai partner (delivery and security streams)

• Jira user-stories creation automation in order to facilitate the dispatch to the squads depending of the vulnerability

Management of Freecaster partner in charge of the video flows for all the LVM fashion shows.
